RETURN POLICY
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 30 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Please keep your purchase order form. This is your receipt. Damaged goods or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. We suggest you send the package by insured mail since House of Social Grace is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
Contact House of Social Grace by email if this issue should occur and we will assist you with your return.
We will credit your credit card when we receive the return.
Shipping refund not included
If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will incur an additional
shipping charge.
No store credit is available at this time.
All shipments will be mailed through Canada Post.
*Please note: For all international orders, your shipping charge DOES NOT
include any customs fees that you may incur. We are not responsible for
these additional fees.
Shipments will take time based on garment adjustments that might need to take place,
Holidays/and or weekends.
